OBJECT RUNWAY, Season 3
Held January 26 at the Bear Tooth, Object Runway merged the world of fashion and contemporary art. Artists were invited to create works that could be worn down a runway, and took the form of barely wearable to high fashion and ready-to-wear. The emphasis was on experimentation and the development of "objects" for a performance.

Alaska Public Radio station KSKA has a narrated slide show of the event, as well as an hour-long discussion with Object Runway co-organizer Holly McQuinn and artist Keren Lowell, along with several of the designers who submitted their garments (look for the "play" icon near the bottom of the page).
